I am vegan. For me this means True Compassion for all living beings and raising awareness about the truths of what is behind many if not all of the animal exploitation industries.

As I have compassion for all living beings, this of course means for humans too, I remain to have no judgement upon people who do consume/use animal products as I feel if they really knew the total truth that is hidden, they'd be likely to re-think their actions. Many of these truths you can discover by using the PETA website as well as the Animal Aid and Viva websites as resources!

I also feel very empowered and loving towards my feminine body after many years of very low self-esteem. I have come to a place within myself where I am so truly grateful and at peace with who I am on the inside and out and feel this should be celebrated for myself and likewise for all women and men as the uniquely beautiful individuals that we are.

I want to use my voice on a larger scale to speak out for the animals who have no voice and about how we can feel much better about who we are on the inside and out and actually become emotionally, physically and mentally empowered in many ways.
